How it works:
The player completes a simulated skating stride with a resistance force applied by the latex cord to the lower section of the foot. The simulated skating stride is done following a 45-degree backward push line (triangle marked on floor). Completing same backward angle stride with each leg promotes skating stride accuracy.
Installation of product:
The Leg Trainer Latex Tubing Model is easy to install. To begin use, simply install foot straps over footwear. Once foot straps are properly fastened around footwear, user is ready for training.
The Leg Trainer is available in 4 different resistance levels:
Level 1 – Yellow Cord (ages 6-9)
Level 2 – Red Cord (ages 10-12)
Level 3 – Blue Cord (ages 13-15)
Level 4 – Black Cord (ages 16 and up)
