Installation of product:
The Power Builder and Leg Trainer Bungee Model are easy to install (takes about 10 minutes). Two or Three eye screw hooks screwed into the wall (bottom plate) or in floor (joist). Product may be looped around a strong anchoring post. Requires a training room area of 8 feet wide by 12 feet long. Tools required; drill and 3/16 inch bit and pliers or visegrip.
The Resistance Training Combo Kit is available in 4 different resistance levels:
