The Pave Sled is a new technology that enables players to optimize their off-ice conditioning training. Players use the Pave Sled by attaching a belt to their waist. The belt connects to elastic ropes that attach to a sled that is dragged behind the player. The sled can be loaded with weighted plates to offer varying levels of resistance while you skate.

Product Features:

Powder coated 14 gauge steel platform.
Replaceable brushes made of long lasting large diameter filaments.
Suitable for any surface that you'd take your inline skates.
Harnesses are adjustable and have a quick release buckle.
Movable weight post fits standard weight plates with 1� center hole.
Platform dimensions: 16" x 24".
One size fits all.

Waist belt harness and ankle strap harnesses.
Bungee shock cords in 13� for the waist and 36� for the ankle harness.
