Any coach will tell you that puck control practice with a ball is the fastest way to improve your stickhandling technique, speed up your wrists and work on your nifty moves. HockeyShot's Extreme Stickhandling Ball is just a bit lighter than a hockey puck (4.1 oz. vs. 6 oz.) so it moves faster for quick back-and-forth exercises, but it’s heavy enough to still give you a puck-on-the-stick sensation. And its 2-inch diameter fits perfectly on the blade of your stick.
- Great for basic and complex stickhandling drills.
- Made from high-impact resistant nylon that won’t break.
- Weighs just 4.1 oz., slightly lighter than a regular puck.
- Works on any surface, including cracked asphalt.
- 2-inch diameter.

Smaller than I realized, but nice weight.

My kids and I love practicing with these in the basement. This ball works well if you're practicing toe drags. Other balls I've used don't work well with toe drags.

Awesome product. Good weight and feel. I really like using it with my dangling stickhandling aids. I like how fast it is and I also like that it can be used multiple services. From what I noticed it doesn't seem to get scratched from the concrete I've been using it on, but it is a pretty smooth slab.
